steelhead rod blanks

Hello. i am looking for a good site or distributor to purchase some steelhead rod blanks from. i have a friend that wants me to build him one. i know that he does not want a fly rod but he needs one he can use for northern pike fishing in canada as well. Any suggestions will help tremendously. thanks
