I was thinking earlier this morning about how every state has a general slush fund, including our federal government uses a general slush fund.
Every polition swears by the general fund and how good it is. I began to wonder why we dont have political general fund. Why are they collecting funds individualy? if some one is knocked out of the race no one else can use the money that was collected by other party members unless that party member wants to transfer the campain funds...
Think about it, if I were to make a $10 donation to the stinky fart party, it could be devided like this. [ul] [li]$1 each for five candidates to be used for the primary[/li] [li]that would leave $5 for the presidential race for who ever was left stinking up the room after the primary was finished.[/li][/ul]
If all parties had to adhear to the political general fund we could eliminate the mud slinging and realy begin on the real issues and what has to be done to get the job done....
