How do I get rid of the Fishing and Hunting Weather?

I know this has been posted a few weeks (or was it months ago), but how do I get rid (or at least move) the drop down box that gives me the weather report? Until today it hasn't been a problem, but today it covers a portion of my PMs, to the point that the "Reply" box is not visible so I can't even click on it to reply to a PM.
