Anyone fish 4 bass in Logan, UT?

I lived in logan till a year and a half ago but all I fished for were trout and bluegill/sunfish. I didn't even know that there was any bass till last month. I've heard that cutler and benson half bass. If true is it worth fishing when I head up first weekend in Oct? What lures and where bouts should I go? Thanks for any help!

Let me check my 'diary', I'll get back to you. Utah is often overlooked for bass. Go to the Utah board and check out the trophy room...you'll be surprised. I have a couple pics but others have caught some really nice ones well.
