#1
DANVILLE - The Santa Fe Greentree Reservoir on Yell County's Petit Jean River Wildlife Management Area will not be flooded this waterfowl season because of a water-control problem.

A pipe used to drain the reservoir is damaged and cannot hold water. The reservoir will capture and release the overflow from the Petit Jean River, but will not hold water between floods.

The reservoir was built in 1983 to create a public waterfowl hunting area. It's usually flooded in early fall and holds water through waterfowl season.
