2000 was a fantastic year on the Kennebec. The flyfishing for rainbows, brook trout, brown trout, and salmon was the best I've seen in my 10 years of fishing this river. Looking forward to 2001.<br><br>The fishing should pick up in the Bingham area around the middle of June when the water returns to normal from the spring runoff.
