It is that wonderful time of year where spring is in the air, the dogwoods are in bloom, and the fish are biting. Bass are moving up as the water warms and will soon be going on the beds. Keep in mind they all don't go at once so hang out on some of the secondary points where the fish stage. I am planning on fishing a fluke a good bit here shortly which I haven't done before. I hear tale it catches fish real good when they start moving to the beds. I guess this year I am taking time to fish as much as possible and too experiment with new stuff. I figure it can only make me a better fisherman. Can't wait 'til the weekend!
