Salt Water Fishing
#1
Hey Guys, I posted this on some other sites but there are some really smart people here that may be able to help me... Last Fall I went to Boston and fly fished for striped bass in the ocean for the first time... I WAS HOOKED, it was awesome. So this last christmas my wife got me a 9 weight Sage rod with a matching Lamson reel... In April I am going to Aruba on vacation and I am planning on taking my fishing stuff and trying for bonefish and other saltwater species...

I am looking for suggestions on a fly line or lines, types of leaders including weights and a good selection of flies.since they have no fly fishing shops in Aruba.. and any other suggestions you guys have for going salt water fishing would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks AJ

If i were you I would go get some Salt Water line Cabelas has some but i would get the rio though it is more money but i wouldnt go cheap. Rio also makes great tippets for saltwater. As for flies I would take a alot of different Clousers and deceivers.
