went out last week on cass lake, it took all day but I managed to pull in a limit of 9 inch gills and crappie..

not that I minded, the temps were in the mid 20's

the bite was slow, but not as slow as it was during the during the eclips a couple weeks ago....

I fished on union lake for walleyes yesterday in the rain, all I got was wet....

headed back out again tonight...

till next week, keep your cleates on the ice and good luck....

well the bite realy slowed down on the new moon, it is starting to pick back up again this week, unfortunatly we are going to run out of ice this week....

none of us caught more than a half dozen gills that day, we all donated our catches to one guy who didnt even get a bite the hole day... he went home with almost a limit of gills....

I bet he was happy. Ice is coming off down here also most lakes are not sare enough to ice fish but they won't let boats out yet. Chatfield would not even let tubes out.
