I've still very new to fishing. Where is lake waveland? I'm not having much luck finding it on google. Do I have to pay to fish there? Can I just pull up and fish anywhere there?
thanks
Jason

Lake Waveland is a county park and you have to pay a day use fee to get into the park. We were camping down the road so every day we had to pay the fee. Probably should have just camped there but wasn't impressed with the campground. We did catch fish, though, and in the middle of August to boot.
