fishing at lucky peak

i do a lot of fishing with my dad at lucky peak. we catch lots of kokanne. i always see fish really deep. we have a down rigger that can go 200 feet but i think they are lake trout. and i'm not sure what to use? can any one help me or tell me what to use?
