So I was down in Clinton, Iowa about a month ago fishing with my "sensei" and his dad. Mike had been the guy teaching me how to fish and he decided I was ready for a little boat fishing. I'll say right now that I got about 16 fish that day, but the most exciting catch was very unexpected. I was pulling in what I thought was going to be a really nice bass becuase the fight it put up was unusual for what I had been catching. I got it in a little less than a minute later to find that I had actually got 2 5lb LMB on one lure! I felt extremely lucky and I don't think I'll get to experience that too many times in my life! I feel pretty proud for a newby! [
