Windy Rockport
#1
Had to try Rockport once more to see if the last trip was a fluke...

Caught 27 bass but only 6 was over 12" and two of them was real close if at all...[crazy]

Rockport and East canyon could and should have bigger bass then Jordanelle but as long as the fish hogs keep keeping them all those lakes will have is small bass...

You really think it's the people keeping them? Maybe keeping a few will actually help the problem. They might be overpopulated maybe?

What areas were you catching them at and what excites them. My sons and I are going out tomorrow for the day and are still Undecided on where to go. We would like action like this. [Wink]

Thanks, Randy

Overpopulated not a chance....

Why I say this, the number one way to tell if a lake has to many for the food source...

Big heads and long skinny bodes...

The bass that I caught today was in better shape then the bass in Jordanelle, in Jordanelle an 11" bass weight is 9 to 10 oz all the bass to day and when I fished Rockport a week or so ago weight was 11 to 13 oz and big body and smaller heads...
