[ul][li][font "Calibri"][size 2]Responsible for working with Michigan Pheasants Forever chapters and the PF regional biologist to promote, develop and support education and youth programs under the NO CHILD LEFT INDOORS™ initiative [/size][/font][li][font "Calibri"][size 2]Develop partnerships with agencies and other organizations to promote and carry out youth habitat projects, community activities and youth events [/size][/font][li][font "Calibri"][size 2]Conduct/coordinate Leopold Education Project and other workshops for chapters and educators working with the LEP state coordinator [/size][/font][li][font "Calibri"][size 2]Maintain a high level of communication with the chapters [/size][/font][li][font "Calibri"][size 2]Promote PF memberships and youth Ringnecks memberships [/size][/font][li][font "Calibri"][size 2]Create [/size][/font]Michigan Youth Leadership Council [li][font "Calibri"][size 2]Develop communication to network chapter leaders with their communities [/size][/font][li][font "Calibri"][size 2]Host a [/size][/font]Michigan Focusing on Forever Chapter Workshop [li][font "Calibri"][size 2]Monitor and conduct evaluations of all programs [/size][/font][li][font "Calibri"][size 2]Assure programs and participants are recorded with national office [/size][/font][li][font "Calibri"][size 2]Travel throughout state required [/size][/font][/li][/ul]

[ul][li][font "Calibri"][size 2]Bachelors’ degree in outdoor education, natural resources, biology, environmental education or related field. [/size][/font][/li][/ul]
[ul][li][font "Calibri"][size 2]Applicant should have experience with formal and/or nonformal education and be comfortable with sporting firearms and hunting (having hunted not required). [/size][/font][li][font "Calibri"][size 2]Familiar with or trained in Leopold Education Project desirable. [/size][/font][li][font "Calibri"][size 2]Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. [/size][/font][/li][/ul]
[ul][li][font "Calibri"][size 2]Ability to cooperate, motivate and work with volunteers as well as young people in a variety of settings. [/size][/font][li][font "Calibri"][size 2]Ability to work independently as well as a team member (with field and national office staff).
