[cool]SALVADOR'S SPORTFISHING CHARTERS would like to say "Thanks" to Phil Bolin and Jade Fisher. These two special people traveled all the way from [#0000ff]LONDON[/#0000ff], England to fish on the [#ff0000]EL BUDSTER I[/#ff0000]. It was the first time either had been to Mexico.
Phil explained before they went out for their first day of fishing, "All I really want to do is catch a big marlin.This is the dream I have. To catch a big marlin that will really give me a good fight. I've seen it on TV and on the news.I've read about. Now, I want to experience it."
Things were a bit slow for the first three hours of fishing. But then, the pace started to quicken. Roberto the captain of the [#ff0000]EL BUDSTER I [/#ff0000][#000000]found a bait ball.There was a lot of activity in and around the bait. [/#000000]
Phil was using a spinning outfit with 30# test line that he brought from the UK. They hooked on a Pacific Mackerel and threw it out in to the boiling bait.It was a matter of seconds before Phil's line started to tear of his reel. As he said later, "What in the heck do I have on."
Over four hours later they found out. Phil had caught a 225# [#0000ff]BLUE MARLIN.[/#0000ff][#000000]One of the first [/#000000][#0000ff]BLUE MARLINS [/#0000ff][#000000]to be caught in Cabo this year.Once the got the the [#0000ff]BLUE MARLIN [/#0000ff][/#000000][#000000]to the boat it was released.Phil's wish had come true. He had caught a big marlin on his first day of fishing.[/#000000]
On the next four days of fishing on the [#ff0000]EL BUDSTER I. [/#ff0000][#000000]Phil who works for the Department of Fishery in Pangbourne, England and Jade who is a well known fashion designer in London whould have a fantastic time fishing.[/#000000]
They would catch and release three[#0000ff] STRIPED MARLIN[/#0000ff][#000000] all weighting over 125#.They would also catch between fifteen and twenty [/#000000][#ff0000]YELLOWFIN TUNA [/#ff0000][#000000]and about five [/#000000][#ff0000]DORADO.[/#ff0000]
What a time they had. Five days of great fishing .The great fishing will only be surpassed by the wonderful memories they take back to England.
As they were coming in from the last day of fishing Jade said," All our wishes came true.This was everything we imagined and more. This was truly a once in a lifetime dream come true.I want to thank all the wonderful people of Cabo who made our vacation so special."
