That Brown you caught was very nice. What a way to start the ice season. Can't wait for Boysen, maybe ice fishing. Going with Crossing Eyes and Utah Walleye for the Burbot Bash.

I don't know about walleye, but i use striped bass! Its really good raw. I even hate the thought of cooking it now. just take a little bit of wasabi and mix it with some soy sauce, you got yourself a tasty treat.
