Painting Boat Trailer??

Hey, My boat trailer for my 14ft boat needs a new paint job. The current paint is chipped pretty bad. Just wondering what kind of paint I should use and how to go about painting it so it will look good for years to come?

I've heard of people using truckbed liner kits, saw them at walmart for about $50 anybody ever try that before?

Any advice is appreciated!

preperation is always the key,sanding,and getting grease and oils off,even just you touching the surface with your hands before you paint can ruin the paint job.any automotive paint will do

the truck bedliner it very tough,but it dosent have a smooth finish.
i have used regular krylon spray paint,and it has lasted for years
