[font "Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"][#000000][size 2]The guides are accused of violating a variety of regulations such as exceeding possession limits, littering, retaining fish in a catch-and-release area, wasting edible portions of fish, possession of filleted fish, culling of rainbow trout, baiting with gamefish, use of barbed hooks in a catch-and-release area and transfer of trout by guides. Officers participating in the operation booked guided trips with various outfitters in the area.
