I have read them.
In no way am I here to steal members.
I am here to help those that are looking for help in getting better on the ice or water.

You can go to my forum to promote this forum all you want for free.

Am I free to talk about fishing products that I use ?
I see links are not allowed.

There are some forums where you can't talk about certain products if they are not sponsored.
Is this forum built that way?

I'm not here to be a trouble maker.Just trying to shorten that learning curve on what's allowable.

Great attitude, you won't have any problems here as long as that is the way you feel[Smile]. Most of us here are just trying to help others that don't know how to fish or are learning but you will see there are also a great bunch of folks here. It is also a good place to make new friends and if your willing, you can help build your state forum into something bigger and better. Theangler has given you the low down on what is allowed as far as fishing products but please feel free to ask if you have any other question.

That's great to hear.
My nitch is finesse fishing.I do all sorts ,but with 5 months of ice, teaching guys to get small and downsize is what I specialize in as far as tactics go.

I will build up the Mn. area as I see it could stand a bit of help.
I'll ask a few other guys to come over and help too.
I've got thousands of pics and vidoes plus I've written several short articles about various things relating to finesse fishing, working the water column, finding the pattern and so on.

Have a great day !
Oh,my friends call me CK

That is good to hear CK, bringing folks on board and getting them to signed up is a good first step. BFT has a photo Gallery where you can upload your pictures if you haven't found it already, here is a link to it:
http://www.bigfishtackle.com/photos/
You can also put up articles in your profile:

Of course as theangler said you can post your video here:

Good to have you on board, looking forward to seeing some more of your pictures.

Is it not alright to add pics to the story of how the day went while fishing when making a post.?

CK,

welcome back to the BFT .. it looks like others have already covered the basics of posting...

what is your preferred way of fishing (fly, spinning etc).. Id be curious to know if those huge slabs you show in your picture were caught on a fly rod.. and if so what rig and fly were you using..

again.. welcome and look forward to your posts in the future..

Yes, it is fine to post pictures in your thread. The link I gave was just another place you can put them if you want to upload a bunch. I think most folk like to see them in post though. We also have a Wall of Fame area if you want to check it out:
