My aunt is the director of The Division of Aging for the State of Utah. Through her I met Bill.
Bill is legally blind and has chronic pain from a deteriorating spinal condition. He is home-bound and needs a wheel chair to get around outside his apartment. He is a soft spoken Southern gentleman who loves doing for others. His hobby is to fix fishing gear - from tackle to nets to rods and reels. He then gives the repaired equipment to kids in the area who love to fish. Bill loves to spend his time doing this, so you would not only be helping him out, but the kids he in turn gives the restored equipment to.
