Thanks drc for educating me on on to go about this.<br /><br />I went to the Cumberland city steam plant this morning about 9:30. I started with the small twisters tied 18&quot; apart and caught 4 while the 4 kids next to me were bringing them in left and right. After about 30 minutes I walked up to the kids mom and asked what it was they were using. It was an eagle bait catching rig. They were leaving and gave me one of the rigs.
