Greetings

from South Alabama. I'm retired military, do fly fishing from a kayak in the Gulf of Mexico and estuary waters. Not a lot of saltwater flyfishers down here, even fewer who flycast from kayaks. Wife fishes with me, from her own kayak, but she says she has no interest in fly fishing. Pity, but at least she's on the water with me. I like cooking, 'yaking, fishing. I do some fly tying, but the cost of materials gives me sticker shock, so I'm rather fond of unconventional sources of materials. Try yorkie hair, it's great.
