Summer Storage
#1
I know I shouldn't leave my Fish Cat Cougar out in the sun when it's not in the water, but how about under a tarp?

I just don't use my pontoon as much as I'd like, because I don't always have the time to assemble it. Would it be a bad idea to store it outside, on a pallet maybe, under a tarp? I have two spots that are relatively shaded throughout the day, so it would never really get much direct sunlight. I really don't want to damage my boat though. If someone says it's not a good idea, I won't do it.

I personally wouldn't, but I have seen it done. Not sure what effect there would be on it, if any. Just partially inflate it, don't fill it all the way.

The tarp should protect it from the UV rays. It will inflate and deflate itself as the air pressure goes up durring the day and back down at night.
