Goose Fajitas

Slice goose breast in about 1/4 inch thick strips. Marinade(refrigerated 3-4 hours) in combo of balsamic vinaigrette, virgin olive oil, and honey teriyaki marinade. Saute combo of onions, green and red bell peppers in an olive oil. Sprinkle a seasoning, such as steak rub on the vegetables while sauteing. If possible add onions and peppers to a container for adding to BBQ grill while grilling the goose breast. Grill the breast strips until medium rare. Add to sauteed vegetables and prepare on tortillas. Have plenty of shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole and whatever other condiments you like with fajitas. Enjoy. You can also use duck if you don't have goose.
