anybody been there latly ? catch anything ? worth going and fishing from the bank or are the weeds to thick ?

Went there last Wednesday. Got 6 8-10" largemouths (didnt try for trout). Weeds weren't real bad but are growing fast it seems. Used chrome in-line spinners to get most of the fish.
