Catamount Area

Well this will be my 3rd year, I hope, up on South Catamount. I believe the open is around the first week of May. I look forward to it most of the year after closing. If you see a little green Jon boat named the green bean running around on south cata then by all means say hello. Any other fans around the Pikes Peak area like to fish up on the mountain?

I fished North catamount for the first time 2 years ago and loved it! I saw pics last year of some 25 lb lake trout from there, so I would really like to spend some time on it this year. The problem is that there is too much water and not enough time!
