New Willard Bay Map...Labeled

I was there 3 weeks ago. No one was in the entrance. I launched the boat in 6 feet of water. When I returned the DWR was there to check me. I didn't ask if they were going to open it for the season. There is however a sign at the ramp that reads "launch at your own risk".
