Echo Bay 5/9
#1
Another nice day at Echo Bay. Out on the water at 7:30 a.m., very windy and choppy morning, then calmed down to near flat. Took home 6 striper and 2 nice channel cats. Caught stripers on cut anchovies and catfish on dog food. Got a nice view of a group of wild burros.

Wow. I haven't been to echo in 6 or 8 months... That shot of the launch ramp is CRAZY! [shocked] When do you think they will demolish Hoover Dam and make the lake a river again?!?!?! [Wink]

I don't know! But you are on the right track!
I saw some talk about Overton on the boards, and quite frankly, Overton is dried up. We went up there, from EB over a month ago, and the water was only 2 ft. deep, for a long way. Talked with a guy that works at Overton, he said it was dried up too. He said we should expect another 7 ft. drop, them maybe up a little after that, as Powell is full. We can only hope to get a little back.
