mullet lake in michigan

 ]Anyone fished mullet lake lately, the pike fishing there was great at one time ,how is it now? Are there any other places in that area that should be considerd ?[signature]

i know the name of the lake but cant picture where exactly its at..give me the county and town its near..i thought it was by traverse city..probly wrong.

It is in cheboygan county , 25 miles south of the Mackinaw bridge , The town there is Indian river .

got it..thats about 160 miles north of me..if your close enough to houghton lake theres aloy of pike there muskeys to..big ones..that should be 20 to 30 miles south east of you..

Thank you for your tip houghton is on my way up , looks like I,ll be making one long stop along the way . Thats not the first time someone has made referance to houghton lake. I myself have had some luck at cold water lake , A month ago I caught 2 nice pike and a real nie largemouth. thanks and good luck to you friend.
