I'm going offshore about 15-18 miles when the sea conditions permit me to do so. I would like to try for tuna. I know that a permit is available online & printed here at home. Is there more to this thing that I am not aware of or should I just abandon the idea of tuna?? Just sounds like a lot of fun from what I've read on various sites. Input, please!! Thanks, roger<br><br>
