You can get your stergeon license from any one that sells fishing licenses.

used to be you had to go in person to an office that had plastic stergeon zip tags.

they are still free.

there arent the stergeon anglers that there used to be back in the 70's, I can remember them standing elbo to elbo on the break walls, I think this is a case where the old timers forgot to take the young anglers and now that I am the old timer, there are vary few of us left. or so it would seem, Back in the 70's not very many folks could afford a boat, but today there are old boats galore that can be picked up at vary reasonable prices.

in either case, you cant call your self a seasoned angler unless you have gone stergeon fishing at least once. [:p]
