wisconson is a big state with some odd 6,000 lakes rivers and streams,

so to get you started off I suggest you follow this link and snag up some free guides. http://www.travelwisconsin.com/d2k/search/kits.html

the fish you can expect to come in contact with are Pike, Muskie, Trout, Salmon, Walleye. Stergeon and all your favorite pan fish like bass crappie and them delicious gills.

Pack your mepps, rapalas, and any plastics and plugs you know how to handle.

Like every othr state in the union wisconson has some great fishing opertunities and you should take as much advantage of it as posible. Dont forget to kill some of them locust that are plauging your area and take them down for some tremendous bass fishing.

If you give me a genneral location, (city or county) I will dig up some hot spots for ya...[Wink]

did you ever make it out that way and how did you do?

Did you hear they are going to start planting alaskan kings on the wisconson side of lake michigan in 2006?

the state of michigan is going to be suplying salmon fry from my understanding. we will also be reducing our plantings here as well so as not to have the big lakes over flooded with kings.
