Pennsylvania offers – the sky is the limit when it comes to endless fishing opportunities. Whether you enjoy sea fishing, freshwater or ice fishing, Pennsylvania’s thousands of lakes, rivers and stream are sure to not disappoint. Fly fishing enthusiasts are bound to uncover a secret stream that is riddled with trout, whereas the bass angler will undoubtedly uncover many honey holes on any lake they may choose.
Come fish the wondrous Lake Erie – home of the ever-popular walleye and tasty perch. Troll the depths of this excellent fishery by yourself, or hire an experienced guide to take you to the proven hotspots. Whatever your method of angling prowess, there is a body of water to fit your need. If you are in search of a river with a proven reputation, you have come to the right place. Flow down the Delaware River or cast a line in the Allegheny River for action-packed fishing possibilities. Choosing a body of water to fit your style of fishing is as easy as 1-2-3. Record fish are abundant in Pennsylvania; however, you will have to try hard to beat these monumental marks.
Surpassing an 11lb 3 oz largemouth bass will bring you notoriety, as will catching a flathead catfish weighing more than 43lb 9oz! Records are meant to be broken, and the abundance of fish in Pennsylvania may make your dreams come true.
