Finger Lake, New Buffalo

Just got back from a weekend in New Buffalo and stayed at a local B&B near the casino. They have a private 20 acre lake that is just packed with fish.. Even though it was cold we managed to land quite a few blue gill and crappie, even a large and smallmouth..



Wifey managed to catch this real nice blue gill.. If you are in the New Buffalo area, and you are very polite, Angie, the owner of Sans Souci, might even let you fish her lake during the week when there are no guests.. But don't bring any minnows, they are not allowed..

And yes, we had a blast all weekend.. Fishing, 5 minutes from Four Winds Casino, and 10 from lake michigan.. Great weekend..
