headed for moon lake next week

Hey I am from out in the basin and have fished moon lake all my life, but have never caught any kokanee and I know they are in there. I am going to try fishing out there next monday and am wondering if anyone here has caught them there. and I am also wonering what they used. Oh I also went fishing in lower huntington canyon yesterday, but all I caught were a couple of small browns,

I wouldn't bother with the kokanee at Moon. They mature at about 10 inches. I did a post a while back on chasing the big splake there though. You may want to check the archives for that post.
