mississenewa reservoir/spillway

i was wondering if anybody has ever been fishing at mississenewa for carp or cats? if so where are some good places for them? anything is appreciated

I was just up there and saw several carp in the coves across from the park ramp. They were sucking on top around the rock bluffs not up in the shallows like they usually are. I also have caught catfish in those same coves on crankbaits fishing for bass.
