Oh, I don't know, this year the wind has been easy to predict for me. It has blown about 20 mph or more just about every day. Some days you might get some hours in in the morning or evening of less than 10mph, but don't count on it. Just figure that you aren't escaping it, and there is no way to plan around it. This has been the windiest year every in mine or anyone else's memory here.in Idaho. I have been blown off of more reservoirs, and picked flies out of more trees on the creek banks than ever before! I can't think of a comment that is appropriate to addiquely describe my disgust at the weather this year!
