Captain Dave Hanson of Fishbuster Charters fished with light tackle and live shrimp this week, both in central Estero Bay, and also 8 miles offshore from Wiggins Pass in Naples' Gulf. Our offshore clients, Peter, Alex, and John Keddie, caught keeper-sized gag grouper, lane snapper, and triggerfish, and released assorted bottom-fish. Our bay clients, Elena Devarona and Susy Castro, caught nearly every species of our bay fish, including keeper trout to 17 inches, and released snook shorties, redfish, jack cravalle, and sheepshead.
