Holy crap! I was contemplating fishing during that storm. I said to my Father-in-law, "I always have great bass fishing days when it's raining! Lets go!". He was down to go, but the wifeys shut us down. Sure glad we stayed in!

I fixed my outboard, so I will be back with a report soon...

Wow, I've been trying to talk my fishing buddy into going to callville for some LMB. Looks like it might be a while before we can go out there.

We called them on Monday. Boat rentals will be available by Saturday but the fuel dock will be out of service for a while.

I launched at callville today (10-12) and it looked nasty out there. Lots of trash and debris in the marina from the flood. The new ramp is open for business as usual. I didn't get to fish much (took the in-laws), but my mother in law bagged a nice fat 2+ lb smallie. Nice couple hours on the water.

Hello all. Where would a guy like this one who is fairly new to the area get info on the tourneys that go on out at the lake? Any info on that? Much appreciated. Thank you.
