Made a trip to Wilson yesterday mostly for business but did manage to fish for an hour. Dunked a few shad with no succes. The areas I wanted to fish were still iced in. The east minooka boat ramp is now open and state park should be opened up in a few days. So it won't be long now. No good reports so far from Wilson but did hear of a few small crappie being caught at Webster thru the ice. The boat ramps are still iced in there. <br><br>
