Hello guys, I'm BassBest from Kentucky Lake/Lake Barkley area. I fish quite often, usually from the bank, and also direct tournaments and do other work for fishing events as much as I can. Most of all I love fishing bass tournaments and have been now since '04. The main reason for my being here is I like talking fishing especially if it's an area I like, and I enjoy sharing tips or answering any questions someone may have. I have belonged to another forum for a while but it just doesn't relate enough to me. I made my first post here with a link attached because obviously I didn't read the rules but I wasn't looking for rule I was looking for questions I could answer and found one. Not knowing a whole lot about the subject I had to research it and thought the link to be important. I do understand the roles of the moderators but please don't force me to make 15 silly posts just to have links. Enough of that, I'm posting today's fishing story on the bass fishing page, take care[sly].

We are always looking for moderators on our less active state boards and knowledgeable anglers to help answer questions on other boards. The 15 post rule was put in place because we have a lot of people that come on this site for no other reason than to spam it. I do think that some of our moderators are willing to overlook that rule when a new member is not trying to advertise and is just trying to help but it is always a good idea to talk to the moderators just to make sure. Hope you enjoy the site.

I hope you check this site out again and im sure you could help people out. I love fishing for anything and bass are fun but never got into a tornament and would like to. Im a pretty experienced angler and love to be on or at the water. Hows does one go about starting to get sponsers and actually really gettin into fishing for money and prizes
