Boulder Basin 3-28

Went out Monday morning with the wife. Beautiful day. Caught two 2# lmb early, and one nice 3# striper back near boxcar. Saw alot of bass cruising, but no wind sometimes makes for tough fishing. No fish on beds that I saw, but won't be long. New moon Sunday should be the ticket!! Lots of striper activity on surface in the backs of coves!

yup, the coves are full of crap (I mean carp) spawning. I must have seen a thousand carp this weekend.

Yeah, it won't be long. The cold front last week slowed things down, but the water temp should be 60 within a day or so. I saw the same thing in the backs of coves. Were almost there!!
