BILLINGS, MT—Anglers may once again fish throughout the day on the Lower Bitterroot River as a result of reduced water temperatures. The section of river downstream of Tucker Crossing had been restricted to morning-only fishing since July 30 to reduce catch-and-release mortality rates.
