1974 Seaswirl parts?
#1
I took my '74 seaswirl out on Utah lake for the first time this season, and it looks like I blew a head gasket. At least, that is what my buddy told me happened. I do not know a lot about engines. I have a buddy who is a mechanic, and he is pretty confident that he can fix my boat, but I am not sure where, or if, I can get parts for a boat that old. The engine is '74 mercruiser six-cylinder. Does anyone know where I can get a head gasket kit for this motor? I would prefer to buy locally, but if there is not a local shop that sells this, does anyone know of a website or some place online that I could search for this part? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Marine Products should be able to get all of the parts that you need to fix your boat. There is a good chance they have most of them in stock.
