ANGLERS ROUNDTABLE SET FOR GUNNISON

GUNNISON, Colo. -- The Colorado Division of Wildlife wants to hear about issues and concerns of anglers in the Gunnison and Lake City areas at an upcoming "Anglers' Roundtable."

The meeting will take place from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., June 6, at the Aspinall-Wilson Center in Gunnison, 909 Escalante Drive, located at the southeast corner of the Western State College campus.

Dan Brauch, aquatic biologist for the Division of Wildlife, will provide an update on Blue Mesa Reservoir, including results of spring lake trout monitoring work. He'll also talk about new fishing regulations and provide the outlook for fishing in area streams and reservoirs.

There will also be an open discussion of any issues that anglers want to bring up at the meeting.
