Made it out this past Saturday with good friends Marc, Ken, and Dennis; aboard Marc's boat the Sea Clamp. The water was SNOTTY coming out of Winyah Bay first thing, but the sun popped up, and it leveled out. The rig of the day was mostly jigs, tipped with fresh cut bait. There were not too many drops that didn't produce fish. The first big fish we hooked was my reef donkey, which managed to give the old back a stretch out. Fewwwwww

We managed a couple more donkeys, all different people got one. One lucky angler managed to dodge that bullet. LOL!!! But, not totally, as he shortly hooked a 100+ shark after we moved off the amberjack. I paid for laughing, as the biggest fish of the day, was a 250+ bullshark that stopped the fishing for a half hour, while I got my line back. Total Talley:

300+ black sea bass (kept 42, all over 16 inches)
3 big sharks
3 donkeys
1 Mahi Mahi
1 big grunt
11 undersized grouper (no keepers)
1 trigger fish
