ok so im more of a bass fisherman first off and i dont get out that often. I am heading to the north country this weekend and staying on first connecticut lake with access to a boat. does anyone have any tips on catching trout or salmon? Ive heard many different things and im not a fly fisherman so preferably lures/baits, top/bottom fishing anything that might help improve my chances of landing something?
