ice fishing

my family tells me in kentucky they dont ice fish (except in the local water hole, then the fish for all the ice they can get.)[shocked]

they still get snow and even 2-3 foot dumps as well. the snow just dosnt stay there as long. exept in the higher elivations. so I guess it is conceivable they could do some icefishing down that way. maybe get in a week on some winters.

colorado is a lot farther south than kentucky or tennesse and they have plenty of ice up in the mountains. they are a lot higher in elivation as well.

we are getting a cold snap here in sothern michigan, Farmers are all getting freeze warnings. and we are seeing flite of snow, nothing havey just flakes here and there, but it wont be long now.

are you fealing Jack Frost's presents down your way?
