Blue Ribbon Citizen Commission Will Hold First Meeting Today

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The California Fish and Wildlife Strategic Vision Blue Ribbon Citizen Commission (BRCC) will hold its first public meeting tomorrow, Thursday, July 21 at the State Capitol. Members of the BRCC were recently appointed by the Fish and Wildlife Strategic Vision Executive Committee at their June 28 meeting. The commission represents an extremely diverse range of experience and perspectives, and includes strategic problem solvers with expertise in policy, management and fiscal issues. At the direction of the executive committee, BRCC may prepare independent public reports setting forth its findings and recommendations in order to advise and assist in the preparation of the fish and wildlife strategic vision.
