Got out last evening a little before sundown looking for walleyes. We found fish that I'm sure were 'eyes, but only put one 3 lber in the boat, along with a dozen or so smallmouth that couldn't resist the leeches. Once it got dark and all the ski boats got off it was a pleasant way to spend a late summer evening. No real pattern to report. Just find some fish on typical structure and beat on 'em. Surface temp was 74 degrees.
